Matz Fit

The Matz Fit Programming is a specific regimen designed by Dakota to improve your overall strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, power and mobility. Each week you will have access to up to three total body weight lifting workouts, two cardiovascular workouts- one sprint workout and one endurance run/walk, and two total body circuits.


So you have the freedom to create 2-a-days, 7 days per week (Dakota says to MOVE every day!), or find whatever works best for your body, schedule and availability. Most of the workouts involve the use of free weights, weight lifting machines and other common gym equipment.


This program is not necessarily designed as an “at home” regimen, but you may have the equipment you need to improvise and use them in your home! We provide a brief video clip for guidance on how to perform the workout properly. Each workout will take anywhere from 20-60 minutes depending on its style.


This program is great for someone who likes a specific plan for a set period of time, and is built on repetition work. All six weeks include the same exercises and the weeks are grouped in two-week segments: 1 & 2, 3 & 4, 5 & 6. The reps, sets and weight change in each new segment. Below is an example video!
